Bangladeshi Tiktak Apu in jail

Tiktak video maker Yassin Arafat, who was arrested in a case of beating a pedestrian, has been sent to jail by the court. Earlier, Uttara East police arrested him on Monday night.


Azizur Talukder, sub-inspector of Uttara East police station, said that on the night of August 2, Apu was chatting in front of a public college in Sector 7 of Uttara and making a tick video. There were several young people with Apu. Due to their gathering, the street was closed. A driver blew his horn to get out of the road but they did not listen. Reverse attack on the driver. His head was blown off. The victim filed a case with Uttara East police station. Police applied for a three-day remand.

According to the police, Apu has confessed to the crime during the preliminary interrogation. Video footage of the scene has been recovered.

Nabid Kamal, deputy commissioner of the Uttara division of the police, told reporters that 'Tiktak Apu' and his accomplices were trying to make their debut as a teenage gang. They are being investigated whether they are involved in drugs or any other crime.

Apu and her accomplice Nazmul, who had dyed bushy hair, were arrested by police on August 3 and taken to a car, where several people attacked them. Someone was seen pulling his hair.
