Police have rescued a young woman who tried to commit suicide by taking sleeping pills on Facebook Live and sent her to hospital. The incident took place on Monday (August 3) in the Ghasiara area of ​​Sonarpur police station in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

According to police sources, a police officer's mobile phone rang at 3:30 pm. It is known that a young woman from Ghasiara area is trying to commit suicide by taking sleeping pills while doing Facebook live. After that, the police officials started searching the Ghasiyara area through Facebook sources.

Other residents of the mess are being questioned to find out the reason for the suicide attempt.
